The geographical area that I cover is relatively wide.
I am based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire but have undertaken work all over Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, North Lincolnshire, West Suffolk, North Essex.
I have spent the majority of my life living in Kings Lynn and still have considerable professional and family links and a base in the Norfolk area. Many of my long term customers still reside in this area and I am still committed to undertaking their ongoing house renovations for them, at their request. So again, the area that I can cover at a reasonable cost may not be immediately apparent. Please do contact me to discuss.
I will undertake work of any size, big or small. However, the further I need to travel will mean that it may not be cost effective for the customer to utilise me for a small task. I am flexible on the area that I cover, but should I feel that it is not in the best interests or cost effective of the customer to hire me due to distance then I will advise you of that. Ethically, I wish to work in the best interest of perspective customers.
